Chando does not accept returns, though we are firm believers in even exchanges.


In the event your order is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately at marissa@Gift2Remember.com.
 

To receive an exchange:

Please take the packaging slot out of the box. Try to keep the porcelain and fragrance bottle inside of their packaging slots as much as possible to prevent further damages. Next, take a clear picture of your damaged porcelain or refill bottle, inside the packaging. Any damages outside of the original packaging slots cannot be determined to have come from shipping and handling errors. Send your photo to marissa@Gift2Remember.com.

We will contact you and request to put a credit card on file while your new piece is being shipped. Send your broken item in its original packaging and box to the following address:

Ship the damaged product within 15 days of your new piece being shipped out. If we do not receive your old piece (with box and packaging) within 15 days, we are forced to create an additional charge for shipping your new piece.
